UPM's shares are listed on the Helsinki stock exchange.The HR Specialist will be member of the Kraków HR Shared Service team providing high quality day-to-day service in the area of Human Resources for UPM businesses globally. HR Specialist will provide support in multiple areas of HR administration for UPM employees located in countries with no local HR present.The successful Candidate will be responsible for: providing expertise advice to employees in any HR related queries, preparing all kinds of HR documentation and files, maintaining high quality data processed in HR systems (SAP HR), providing reports to the Client within the scope of responsibilities, assisting in recruitment processes, coordination &monitoring training and development activities reacting to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner Ideal Candidate: has at least 1 year of professional experience, preferable in HR outsourcing, Service Centre or in similar role, has minimum Bachelor degree,speaks excellent English and fluently in one of Nordic or European languages (French, German, Spanish, Russian) or Chinese, has strong communication skills and systematic approach, s a team worker and demonstrates behaviours consistent with the company’s vision, has strong detail orientation and accuracy, is experienced with SAP HR system (an asset) UPM offers interesting job in international environment, salary relevant to experience, training and development opportunities within the startup organization.Please note that the working hours will be within acceptable working hours - 7:00 – 18:00, however there might be also required limited availability to work late shifts (14:00 – 22:00) – few times a month.Are you interested in developing your career with leading Finnish company?If you find this offer attractive please contact us and send your CV in English.
